50 MW ground-mount solar. Material committed. Crews deployed. End-of-year in-service deadline. We are looking for one GC with the Nevada license, bonding, and financial tier to take the prime contract.

What We Bring
Trained crews deploying at ~1 MW/week today -- scaling actively to multi-MW/week pace for this project
Material fully committed -- national distributor under agreement; panels, racking, BOS, and combiners locked
Sand bucket ballast system -- no pile driving, no heavy ground equipment, faster mobilization and reduced site disturbance
Certified payroll capable -- prevailing wage already in our operational workflow
Project management and field coordination handled by the developer team -- not handed off to the GC to figure out
What the GC Holds
Prime contract with project owner -- full contract value, payment and performance bond
Nevada Class A General Engineering license tiered to hold $35M-$55M in-state -- must be active, not pending
Subcontract with our crews -- installation teams execute under the GC's prime umbrella
Certified payroll administration -- prevailing wage classification compliance for Nevada
Multi-crew sequencing and phased commissioning coordination as installation scales
Nevada-Specific Requirements -- All Must Be Confirmed

Active NV Class A -- financial tier covers $35M+
Bonding
$40M single-project P&P bond minimum
PV Installer
NABS license -- all on-site personnel
Apprenticeship
15% minimum -- confirm current ratio
Certified Payroll
Classification codes -- not just pay rates
Mobilization
Q3 2026 -- subcontract within 30 days of award
